Phase 1

We partner with each client in order to understand their business and anticipate their future needs.

Phase 2

We offer a dedicated expert who is on call throughout the proposal development process to share insights about the best strategies for meeting staffing needs. We do this at no extra cost—our goal is for the client to win the contract.

Phase 3

Once a client wins a contract, we begin concentrating on the staffing process. We turn to our proprietary database of professionals, and we leverage relationships with commercial vendors and our knowledge of independent job boards to ensure that we have access to all of the talent available on the marketplace. Our Technical Services Certified (TSC) staffing consultants are among the best in the business at finding candidates who match client needs.
